Layout of the various structures and components for a bulk storage building (foundations, formwork and concreting, the axes and the steel structures). Production of the topographical surveys for phases I and II of the bulk storage site, for the drainage calculations and for layout and construction of the infrastructure for a port access road.

Mandate
Participation in the structural renovation of the level 2000 exhibition hall at the Québec City Conference Centre. Groupe Giroux was responsible for establishing the levels of the slab and certain existing infrastructures required for the forthcoming construction work. The surveys were also required for calculations of the volume of materials to be evacuated from the site.

Groupe Giroux also laid out the benchmarks and axes for levelling of the new infrastructures and the new concrete slab.

Its final task was to produce the layout and plan for the new anchorage supporting the ceiling caissons, to ensure that they were perfectly aligned.
